NOKIA DECLARED WAR ON APPLE

 It seems that 2016 insists to finish with a lot of new technical problems, this time a judicial war was announced by NOKIA against APPLE, and the charge is violating patents

    Most of the times , we used to hear this kind of fights  usually between APPLE and SAMSUNG, but this time NOKIA declared a huge judicial war against APPLE in 11 different  countries , in Europe , Asia and USA.  NOKIA accused APPLE of violating patents on a lot of things including  the screen , the user's interface , electronic chips and programs , in addition to encrypting technology that used in the video of the company.

    The patents director in NOKIA announced that the company developed many technologies used in their devices today including APPLE's products .for that, the company managers work to take a step to defend their rights.

    The issue is not a new one actually it’s from 2011 where there is a contract between APPLE and NOKIA guarantees the rights of both sides, but NOKIA says that APPLE  refused another offer to certificate a new patents used in their devices and it got things to a lack of understanding  and that’s what made NOKIA go to courts.

   APPLE from her side didn't respond officially to NOKIA's claiming but in the same time filed a lawsuit on many others company that conspire with NOKIA to take money from APPLE
